Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by weight and location and will display at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on a customer's geographical location.
For customers in Japan, please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order. Parcels are shipped with Sagawa Express and usually take 1-3 days. Exact shipment timelines may vary.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-related restrictions, the delivery may take longer than usual. Please allow a little more time to receive your order. Thank you for your patience and support of our small business at this time. For the change of shipping address or redirect parcels, we are glad to assist your request of changing of shipping address only before the shipment of the orders has been processed. Please note that we cannot redirect or make any changes to your shipping address if the parcels are shipped already.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. However, we would like to share our brand concept as well as the products that we are proud of with you. Return Policy
We are sorry that Milcosen does not accept returns for reasons that customers cause. Only the following conditions for returns can be accepted.
Conditions
- We accept returns only within 3 days of receipt of goods.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations after the product has been used or opened by the customer.
- If you find any defects in the product, please contact the store by e-mail at service@milcosen.com, and please kindly attach the photoshoot of the product.
We will not be able to accept returns without prior consent.
If in the unlikely event of an order being damaged in transit, please get in contact with us at service@milcosen.com within seven days, with a photograph showing the state the parcel arrived in. We'll be happy to help you. For any urgent issues with shipping or returns please call +050-5893-6228.
